Conducted interviews and surveyed current and past board members to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and next directions.

• produced graphics and data visualization aids

• presented to staff, board leadership and various stakeholders

Outcomes:

• key-takeaways were utilized by the Nature Conservancy to support annual strategies

• survey and evaluation templates incorporated as models for bi-annual data collection and board of directors check-in

• a board of directors' retreat was scheduled to further assess data and jump-start community building recommendations outlined within report
